Menu: Your choice of: 1) Sizzling Fajitas (Tender strips of fajita meat served on a sizzlin’ skillet with sautéed bell peppers and onions; served with rice, beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, and our famous flour tortillas), 2) Fiesta Dinner (Cheese enchilada, crispy beef taco, bean and cheese chalupa, and tostada con queso; served with rice and beans), or 3) Chicken Fried Steak (Our Texas-style serving of fresh, tender beef specially battered, fried golden brown and covered in cream gravy; served with fries and seasoned green beans).
